Job Description

We are looking for immediate joiners. Roles and Responsibilities: Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process across verticals (Sales, Operations, Customer Support, etc.). Manage and lead a team of recruiters to ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines. Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and plan recruitment accordingly. Build strong talent pipelines through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social platforms, referrals, and campus hiring. Monitor key recruitment metrics: TAT, cost per hire, source of hire, offer to join ratio, etc. Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Optimize the usage of ATS and recruitment tools (Darwin box or equivalent). Coordinate with HRBP and HR Ops teams for smooth onboarding and post-offer engagement. Stay updated with talent market trends and hiring best practices.
