Talent Acquisition We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in media recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support diverse hiring needs across the organization.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of talent within the media and entertainment industry.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

• Utilize job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for effective sourcing.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent outreach.

• Maintain candidate records, recruitment dashboards, and weekly reports.
