Position: Web 3.0 Developer
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Solidity programming and smart contract development.
- Deep understanding of EVM architecture, bytecode, and gas optimization.
- Mastery of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PBFT, etc.) and ability to modify/implement them.
- Strong cryptography background including: asymmetric/symmetric encryption, hash functions, digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs.
- Proficiency in Layer 2 scaling solutions (Rollups, State Channels, Plasma).
Security Expertise:
- Smart contract security patterns and common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow/underflow, front-running).
- Formal verification methods and security auditing tools.
- Secure key management and wallet implementations.
System Design:
- Distributed systems architecture and P2P networking.
- Blockchain data structures and storage optimization.
- Performance optimization and scalability solutions.
- Cross-chain communication protocols design.
Development Tools:
- Hardhat for development environment.
- Web3.js/ethers.js/wagmi/viem libraries.
- Testing frameworks (Mocha, Chai).
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols.
- Understanding of tokenomics and governance mechanisms.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards.
- Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
