• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions across portals and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Represent the company professionally to potential candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer letter generation.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions under tight deadlines.
