Leveraging strong tech and AI expertise, Seelingo is now making an exciting mark in the beauty and personal care industry with Gluzo. This Talent Acquisition role is for Seelingo’s Beauty and Personal Care D2C platform: Gluzo and mobile app for the Indian market.

Full-time, on-site position

• Office in Noida, Sector 16 (Max & Berger Towers); 9 AM to 6 PM; Monday to Friday

• Salary according to experience [Rs. 60K – Rs. 75K per month]

• Start date: Immediate [mid-September, 2025]

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across the organisation.

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth in the BPC industry.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using multiple sourcing channels, including social media, referrals, and industry networks.

• Implement and maintain effective HR systems, recruitment reporting, and analytics for continuous improvement.

• Lead employer branding initiatives to position Seelingo as an employer of choice in the beauty and personal care sector.

Must-Haves for This Role:

• 6+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, reporting, and systems management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to hire across different functions (marketing, tech, supply chain, sales, etc.) in a fast-growing company.

• Self-managed person with a data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve recruitment performance.
