We're hiring Performance Marketing Manager- Beauty & Personal Care


Location: Noida Sector 16 (In-Office Role)


D2C marketplace for Beauty & Personal Care products

About the Role

Performance Marketing Manager

This is a high-responsibility role for someone who’s both analytical, data-driven and ready to scale a brand from the ground up.

Office: Noida Sector 16 (WeWork)

Timings: 9 AM 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary: 9-10 Lakhs INR p.a.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Optimize budgets for ROAS, CAC. 
  • Build and refine funnels for acquisition and retention.

2. Ad Performance & Optimization

  • Track results using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Report weekly/monthly insights and optimize accordingly.
