Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Leader you will be in charge of recruitment (not limited to SAP, Salesforce, E commerce, Cloud technology), recruitment process, employer branding and mentorship duties relevant to your specialised department.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Recruitment and Recruitment Process

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating, and extending offers and contracts, closing candidates and forwarding the hired candidates to HR department
  • Proactively build your talent network across APJ within the IT Industry
  • Advertisement of required job posts in different job portals specific to the countries and requirements
  • Assist with campus recruitment, such as conducting events and career fairs with Universities in APJ
  • Liaise with the stakeholders in understanding their current and future hiring needs
  • Confirm that the needs are properly described in job description and understood by recruiters and technical validators
  • Create data-backed analysis for leadership team and other key stakeholders to help drive strategic decision-making.
  • Apply your working knowledge of the APJ labour market including a strong
  • understanding of permanent and contingent resourcing methodologies.
  • Providing key insights and data relating to Talent Acquisition trends, hiring data and any related market insights across APJ region including but not limited to salary trends, employee and employer trends and other market trends
  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve and streamline recruitment processes


Employer Branding

  • Webinars and Recruitment events planning and co-ordination with your manager and Marketing team in the APJ region
  • Co-ordinate with your manager and develop recruitment collaterals and materials required internally as well for campus recruitment


Mentorship

  • Establish, with the mentee, the mentee's explicit goals and objectives for the position he/she is working as
  • Takes the initiative in the relationship, but allows the mentee to take responsibility for their growth, development, and career planning
  • Commits to meeting with mentee on a regular basis
  • Actively listens to mentee and provides frank, honest, and constructive feedback
  • Provides encouragement and assists the mentee in identifying professional development
  • Reviews goals and objectives with the mentee during the company Continuous
  • Performance Review and Mid and Annual Review.
  • Follows through on commitments made to mentee
  • Respects mentee's limits and train him/her on them and commend on their positives and explicitly states one’s own limits and seek the required help needed
  • Recognizes and works through conflicts in caring ways, invites discussion on differences with the mentee, and arranges for a third party to assist, if necessary
  • Maintains a professional relationship that doesn't intrude on the mentee's personal life during and related to work
  • Report continuous progress of your mentee to your manager


Leadership

  • Liaise with the Team Managers weekly on understanding the requirements
  • Giving them the updates of the open positions
  • Highlighting and discussing with them the blocking points in the requirements and coming up with the possible solutions
  • Co-ordinating with your manager in litigating risks and working on the collective goals


Other Responsibilities may change and/or evolve based on the progress of the Recruitment Team in alignment with the Company and the Team goals.


PROFILE

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business or IT
  • 6-8 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
  • Hiring experience and good and Extensive network for the APAC region
  • Stakeholder management- internal and external
  • Hands-on experience for hunting and sourcing of profiles for SAP, Salesforce, E-commerce, Cloud and other technology profiles.
  • Experience working in international IT Companies.
  • Interview skills with understanding for the technologies- Solutions, Business Process, different roles and responsibilities.
  • Supports other TA projects like Market Trend, Process Optimisation
  • Familiarity with relevant Employment Law for India and any other Asian Countries.
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills is important
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and/or as a team.
  • Good English communication
  • French language is added advantage.
