Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the IT sector.
• Proven experience with HRMS systems and tools.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
