Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition / Delivery Manager in IT Domestic Staffing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment delivery process to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements, managing a team of recruiters, and optimizing operations to meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic staffing, ensuring timely and quality delivery by assigning and managing job requisitions among recruiters based on priority and expertise. It will be your responsibility to track and monitor recruitment metrics, ensuring efficient performance and achievement of hiring goals while working closely with recruiters to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Implementing best practices and strategies to optimize sourcing, screening, and selection processes will also be a key part of your role. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to maximize efficiency and performance. Conducting regular training sessions to enhance team skills, keeping up with industry trends, setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback will be essential. Your ability to drive team motivation and create a high-performance work culture will be critical in ensuring team success. In terms of operational and strategic execution, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve delivery efficiency, leveraging technology and recruitment tools to enhance productivity. Collaborating with the sales team to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce allocation will be crucial. Additionally, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal staffing regulations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. This role is based in Hyderabad, with the option for work from the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and delivery management. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.,
