About the role

Reporting to the Head – Human Resources, Pepper Advantage India, the Lead Talent Acquisition

role will be responsible for the end-to-end Talent Acquisition including process planning,

developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. This

also includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper budgeting and planning of manpower.
  • Drive and motivate the recruitment team.
  • Ensure and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment.
  • Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies.
  • Work on cost effective methods of hiring effectively, especially bulk and across levels.
  • Self-sourcing and hiring especially at the mid to senior level.
  • Ensure a uniform onboarding experience.
  • Work on initiates to create a strong employer brand for Pepper Advantage India.



Your skills

Technical

  • 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector.
  • Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience.
  • Proficiency in windows, Excel and Data / MIS / number management


Behavioral

  • Negotiation Skills
  • Ownership and Accountability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders & candidates.


Required Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Post-Graduate in HR an added advantage
