What You'll Do:

• Partner with TA specialists and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment for roles in Robotics, AI, Software Engineering, and beyond.
• Dive into sourcing using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolios, and other channels to find hidden gems and passive candidates.
• Craft engaging outreach messages that truly reflect Techolution's innovative spirit and mission.
• Help coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases with precision and care.
• Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives think social media posts, internship drives, and campus engagement.
• Learn to screen resumes and portfolios for technical and cultural fit.
• Contribute to employer branding projects that showcase what makes Techolution a unique place to work.
• Support TA analytics tracking pipelines, preparing recruitment reports, and identifying process improvements.
• Stay curious about the latest trends in tech recruitment, candidate engagement, and employer branding.

What You Bring (Mandatory):

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A natural connector excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn TA tools and processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in technology, innovation, and understanding what makes tech talent tick.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred):

• Previous internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, or campus engagement.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit).
• Basic understanding of tech roles (like those in robotics, AI, or software development).
• Active on professional or social platforms like LinkedIn, and comfortable with digital outreach.
• Creative mindset ideas on how to attract talent in new and engaging ways.
