Role Description

This is a remote Unpaid internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with daily HR activities such as creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, supporting personnel management, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also help in ensuring adherence to HR compliance and support the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Skills in HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
• Experience or interest in Personnel Management and team coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
