Job Description

9+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition while hiring across India and Global Markets in Technology hirings,

Current & Last experience should be from a brand . MNC /Corporates.
Initial stage / mid experience experience can be from Consultancy .
Stakeholder management experience is MUST. Experience in handling volume recruitment and difficult stakeholders
Vendor management experience. Knowledge of general recruitment KPIs
Involved in end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Contract, contract 2 Hire and Permanent).
Extensive use of Job boards, Campus Recruitment, social media, and Networking Sites for recruiting.
