We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. If you excel in connecting with people, identifying the right talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process, this role is perfect for you!
Manage full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Handle hiring for IT roles (Developers, QA, Support, etc.) and Non-IT roles (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.).
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screenings to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and hiring dashboards.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
4–5 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Strong command over sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with interview coordination & closing candidates.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.
