Overview: As our Social Media Account Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our clients online presence. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing a thriving community on our social media platforms, where our fans and followers can connect with each other and with us. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the clients overall marketing goals. Ideate and create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the brands target audience. (Take examples of Zomato/Swiggy and other viral brands). Working very closely with creative and other strategy stake-holder to create meaningful communication for campaign and always-on deliverables. Manage and curate our social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. (Youll need to be on top of your game here. No Errors please) Monitor social media trends and insights to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Analyse social media data and report on the performance of our campaigns. (Youll need to be insightful and not just copy paste numbers from excel into a PPT). Collaborate with other departments to ensure our social media efforts are integrated with our broader marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience managing brands on social media. Proven track record of creating engaging and shareable content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
