Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Executive at XLNC Technologies, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly focusing on IT recruitment. Your role will involve identifying and hiring the best talent to meet organizational needs. You will collaborate on employer branding initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals and maintain open channels of communication with hiring managers. Additionally, you will be crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Hiring and Recruiting skilled professionals across various roles. - Strong Communication skills to maintain effective interaction with candidates and internal teams. - Knowledge and expertise in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the company culture. - Specialized skills in IT Recruitment & Non-IT, with a solid understanding of technical roles and capabilities. - Ability to build professional relationships, collaborate effectively with team members, and contribute to recruitment strategy. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
