Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment services to clients

2. IT Staffing:

    • Specialize in IT staffing, understanding the specific needs and demands of the IT sector.
    • Source and screen candidates for various IT roles.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals

3. Client Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
    • Act as a point of contact for client escalations and issues.

4. Process Improvement:

    • Continuously improve recruitment processes and methodologies.
    • Implement best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in recruitment.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.
    • Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Track and analyse recruitment performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or a related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT staffing, with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
