Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team — working closely with leading clients such as Bajaj Finserv and Lila Games.

You’ll be part of the client’s on-ground hiring team, managing end-to-end recruitment across functions like Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations, and playing a key role in scaling their teams fast and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.
• Work on-site from the client’s office, collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain regular communication.
• Share timely recruitment reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency setup.
• Experience hiring for Tech and Non-Tech roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean searches.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work 5 days from the client’s office (Bengaluru or Pune).
• High sense of ownership, speed, and accountability in a client-facing setup.
