Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management (Non-IT Roles):

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all designated non-IT positions.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct structured phone/video interviews, and administer relevant assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and interview panels.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and presentation of employment contracts, in partnership with HR and Compensation teams.
