Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management (Non-IT Roles):

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all designated non-IT positions.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct structured phone/video interviews, and administer relevant assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and interview panels.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and presentation of employment contracts, in partnership with HR and Compensation teams.
