Proven experience in handling

C2H
staffing.
Strong understanding of
IT
Rrecruitment
Excellent
sourcing skills
using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
Experience working with
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
and recruitment tools is an advantage.
