Job Title:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end IT hiring strategies for diverse tech roles.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skills to advise stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of dedicated experience in
IT recruitment
(e.g., hiring for software developers, cloud engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.).
Proven expertise in developing
IT hiring strategies
and using
effective sourcing methods
Strong knowledge of the IT talent landscape in Bangalore/India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
