Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end IT hiring strategies for diverse tech roles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skills to advise stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in

    IT recruitment

    (e.g., hiring for software developers, cloud engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in developing

    IT hiring strategies

    and using

    effective sourcing methods

  • Strong knowledge of the IT talent landscape in Bangalore/India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
