Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

• Sourcing & Screening:

  Identify and attract top talent through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Interview Coordination:

  Conduct telephonic screening, schedule interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.

• Recruitment Strategy:

  Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using

  Excel

  for tracking and analysis.

• Communication:

  Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear and professional communication at all stages.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  for data tracking and reporting.

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

• Job Portals:

  Hands-on experience with platforms like

  LinkedIn

  ,

  Naukri

  , and other sourcing tools.

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline.
