Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding successful hires. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and networking. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements, conduct initial interviews, and maintain HR databases for reporting purposes. Your contribution to employer branding initiatives will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding. - Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, and networking. - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines. - Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates. - Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes. - Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in HRM or related field Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple positions.
