ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who thrives on sourcing and securing top technical talent. You will manage the IT recruitment life cycle while providing key support on essential HR and employee engagement initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1.IT Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (90% of your time)

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT, Engineering, and Technology roles, from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and closure.
  • Expert Sourcing:

    Strategically source candidates using job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri), and professional networking to build a robust pipeline.
  • Candidate Management:

    Conduct initial screening calls, assess candidates for technical skills and organizational culture fit, and manage interview schedules efficiently.
  • Pipeline Generation:

    Actively build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for frequently hired roles.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key metrics such as Time to Hire and offer-to-acceptance ratio.
  • Stakeholder Partnership:

    Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and the HR team to understand job requirements.

  • Onboarding:

    Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Assist in coordinating and executing various employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company celebrations.
  • HR Administration:

    Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed (e.g., file management, HR documentation assistance).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience:

    2 to 4 years of dedicated recruitment experience in IT and Technical roles.
  • Skills:

    Proven ability to assess technical skills and cultural alignment through interviews.
  • Tools:

    Hands-on proficiency with major job portals.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders professionally.
  • Location:

    Based in Gurugram.
