Assistant Manager HRBP

What You Will Do

• Own the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, and exits.
• Lead Recruitment: attract and hire top tech talent while strengthening our employer brand.
• Drive engagement & culture: design programs that genuinely boost morale and productivity.
• Handle HR Audit.
• Support performance & growth: run fair appraisals, identify learning needs, and help employees grow.
• Ensure compliance & wellbeing: keep us legally sound while fostering a safe, inclusive workplace.

What We are Looking For

• 6 to 10 years of hands-on HR experience

  across multiple functions.

• Strong background in IT hiring

  and exposure to employee engagement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of compliance, performance management, and L&D.
• Should have sound business acumen.
• Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS platforms and digital tools

• Based in Gurgaon

  , open to occasional travel.
