Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in tech and agency roles (with secondary exposure to sales), youll lead end-to-end recruitmentsourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding top tech and agency talentwhile building targeted pipelines, collaborating closely with hiring managers, leveraging ATS and social channels, and enhancing employer brand using recruitment metrics and process innovations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles (especially marketing and tech roles).
  • Handle job postings and employer branding across platforms.
  • Ensure timely documentation and smooth onboarding process.
  • Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards.
  • Experienced in hiring for key roles across creative and marketing domains, including Graphic Designers, SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and Advertising Professionals will be added advantage.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Admin, or relevant field)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (real estate or high-volume hiring preferred)
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Zimyo, Keka, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions with urgency
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles is a plus
