Position Overview:

Talent Acquisition Executive (Contract-to-Hire)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (C2H & Full-time positions).
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from job posting to offer rollout.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Build and update a robust tech talent pipeline.
• Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

C2H roles

✔️ Excellent communication & coordination skills

✔️ Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
