Location: Rohini, New Delhi

Experience Required: 0–2 Years


Key Responsibilities


1. Sourcing and Talent Mapping

  • Identify and attract suitable candidates across all levels, including operations, technology, field staff, and ground teams.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, community outreach, and vendor networks.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and strategic hiring needs.

2. Screening and Assessment

  • Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate assessments and shortlisting processes to ensure high-quality talent selection.

3. Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience

  • Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a professional, efficient, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

4. Employer Branding and Communication

  • Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions tailored to each role.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote HeyEV! as an employer of choice across multiple hiring segments.
  • Support the creation of employer branding content for digital platforms.

5. Process Management and Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring data.
  • Work with the HR team to ensure accurate documentation, onboarding, and compliance with internal processes.

6. Special Initiatives

  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects such as campus hiring, diversity initiatives, and process enhancements.
  • Assist with market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and candidate research.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; internship experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a high level of ownership and initiative.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing platforms is preferred.
