Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent for non-IT roles within creative, marketing, media, and content-driven industries. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, screening candidates, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles. You will work closely with the HR team to enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new hires, maintain the recruitment database, provide insights and reports on hiring progress, and key recruitment metrics. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of recruitment experience in non-IT industries such as digital marketing, advertising, or content creation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Understanding influencer marketing, digital content, and the creative talent landscape is a plus.
