As a Talent Acquisition Executive/IT Recruiter at DXFactor, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting top talent for our US-based tech company's fortune 500 clients worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through various online channels such as social platforms and professional networks. You will be involved in planning interview and selection procedures, which includes conducting screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Additionally, you will assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System and build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar position, with at least one year of experience in domestic IT recruitment. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks is essential. You must have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
