Job Summary

The HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role focuses on attracting quality talent aligned with business needs while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, design, operations, corporate, and support roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining confirmation.
  • Conduct joining confirmation calls and ensure timely onboarding.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status and pipeline.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and hiring budgets.

Offer & Onboarding

  • Prepare and release offer letters as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate documentation, background checks (if applicable), and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of offers, joiners, and dropouts.

Talent Pipeline & Reporting

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Prepare recruitment MIS and reports.

HR Support (Optional / Add-on)

  • Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, exit formalities, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Skills & QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, interiors, real estate, or design-led organizations.
  • Knowledge of HRMS and ATS tools.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
