Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen relationships with our clients and drive customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer interactions, optimizing the CRM system, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and execute customer relationship strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Implement customer feedback programs to gather insights and enhance services.

CRM System & Data Management

  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure customer segmentation is effectively applied for personalized marketing and engagement.

Collaboration & Strategy Implementation

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance the customer journey.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns based on customer insights.
  • Assist in the automation of customer workflows and communication to improve efficiency.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs such as customer retention rates, engagement metrics, and satisfaction scores.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions and CRM performance for management.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, customer success, or account management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams.
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, automation tools, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
