Job Description

Centre for Computational Technologies (CCTech) is looking for Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with compliance expertise.
