As a Talent Acquisition Executive at PMC, your role will involve providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and managing the recruitment process for various positions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to interview scheduling, while considering business impact and priority. - Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. - Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate fit. - Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers and team members. - Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates. - Maintaining accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system. - Analysing and reporting on recruitment metrics to develop improvement recommendations. - Assisting in onboarding new employees and coordinating induction sessions. - Establishing rapport with new joiners and supporting them in post-onboarding activities. - Ensuring company culture and values are reflected throughout the resourcing process. Qualifications required for this role include: - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interviewing and people skills, with a focus on diversity. - Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - Proficiency in PC literacy, particularly MS Office. Desirable skills and experience: - Experience working in an IT organization. - Experience in a multi-national company.
