You will need to maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve any arising problems effectively. Furthermore, building a comprehensive understanding of school admission activities and guidelines will also be expected from you in this role. Key expectations for this position include fluency in spoken English, strong decision-making abilities, motivation, and persuasion skills. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong listening and interpersonal abilities. Being results-driven, empathetic, understanding, non-judgemental, patient, and maintaining a calm demeanor are all essential qualities for success in this role. The ability to handle emotional situations and adapt your communication style to suit a diverse range of individuals will also be crucial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
