Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with managers and HR.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in onboarding activities when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in

    non-IT recruitment

    (preferred in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or similar sectors).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
