Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Daskroi. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, and managing recruitment processes. The role also involves maintaining an accurate candidate database, attending career fairs, and representing the company to potential candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Ability to develop job descriptions and manage recruitment processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
