Job Description

Job Roll - Talent Acquisition Executives

Key Responsibilities -

· Managing bulk hiring drives and meeting daily/weekly hiring targets

· Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting walk-in candidates

· Handling end-to-end recruitment for BPO and related roles

· Ensuring strong candidate pipelines and timely closures

· Delivering an excellent candidate experience during walk-ins

Required Experience & Skills -

· 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience

· Strong experience in bulk hiring & BPO hiring

· Prior exposure to walk-in hiring

· Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills

Salary Budget

· Up to ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience & fit)
