Talent Acquisition Executive

*Talent Acquisition Executive* required for an *HR shared services organization* located in *Grant Road*, Mumbai

- *Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for mid to senior-level positions*

- Conduct CV evaluations, telephonic screenings, and schedule interviews

- *Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and candidate updates*

- *Manage negotiations, closures, and follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding*

- Maintain and update talent databases and candidate trackers

- Assist in drafting and managing client communication and email correspondence

- *Track accounts receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups related to recruitment billing (if applicable)*

salary- *Rs 25,000 per month* + *Incentives*
