Job Description

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists with Candidate Interview schedules for the company's open positions, managing post offer activities along with supporting the Talent Acquisition team and other HR team members. This position assists at various stages of the recruitment/onboarding process from conducting, coordinating interview process, BGV checks, Document verification, and ensuring a positive candidate and new hire onboarding experience.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate and execute seamless and efficient virtual and on-site interview schedules, from beginning to end, while creating a positive experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring teams
  • Effectively communicate with candidates gathering availability and informing them of their interview itinerary, logistics, etc.
  • Heavy calendar management including scheduling virtual offsite and onsite interviews.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a premium candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interview shadowing for new interviewers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, HR in initiating Onboarding formalities.
  • Responsible for document collection, verification and BGV checks.
  • Ensuring candidate to complete onboarding forms and submission of documents prior to joining.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, Communication, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in recruitment coordinator activities in the Technology industry.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
  • Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Possess the accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results.
  • Demonstrated experience developing relationships and working with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and logical problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills, including proficiency in the English language.
  • Proficiency in the English language (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
