Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop a comprehensive job description. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to source potential candidates. Actively seek and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and facilitate skills assessments, technical tests, and interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels. Provide candidates with all necessary information and support throughout the interview process. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed of their application status. Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience. Act as a brand ambassador for the organization by promoting its culture, values, and career opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, industry organizations, and other potential talent sources. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Ensure that recruitment processes comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintain records of all recruitment activities, including applications, interviews, and offers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirement: Exp : -2 to 4 years - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. - Understanding of employment laws and regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
