Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking functions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Key Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or in related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
