Job Description

Responsible for material resource planning (MRP) in SAP system & ensure availability of right material at right time in right quantity
Responsible for coordination for production plan execution and capacity scheduling to meet production plan and maximize asset utilization.
Security of supply on raw material supply. Foresee future shortages and take action to prevent shortages and proactively Update GSPM on output and issues (changes to Production plan/Material Requirement Plan).
Provide input for short term as well as long term supply & demand balancing & participate for Global site -Demand Supply Execution (G-DSE) & Supply Management Review(G-SMR) & as part of SIOP.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing & global site planners to review Slow and Non-Mover inventory reduction.
Support to provide input & tracking for New Product Introduction and phase-out, working with the site product development, Production & Purchasing
Understanding and adherence to local EHS rules and regulations
