Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 9 to 12 years of experience in data analytics and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau Piwik Pro Matomo Google Data Studio Looker Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Experience in Sales & Marketing domains is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data visualization solutions using Tableau Piwik Pro Matomo and Google Data Studio to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data projects.
Implement and optimize analytics solutions using Looker Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks on analytics platforms.
Provide technical expertise and support to team members in the use of analytics tools and methodologies.
Design and develop custom reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of Sales & Marketing teams.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection processing and reporting.
Document processes and best practices for data analytics and visualization projects.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics processes and tools.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Support the integration of analytics solutions with other business systems and platforms.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau Piwik Pro and Matomo.
Have expertise in analytics platforms like Google Data Studio Looker Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
Demonstrate experience in developing custom reports and dashboards for business insights.
Show proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive business outcomes.
Exhibit knowledge of Sales & Marketing domains to enhance data-driven strategies.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Maintain effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Certifications Required

Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification in data analytics.
