We are looking for a talented Tableau Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and publish advanced Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
Create and optimize data extracts, calculated fields, parameters, and sets for complex dashboards.
Ensure performance tuning of Tableau dashboards and efficient use of data sources.
Maintain version control and documentation of Tableau workbooks.
Conduct unit testing and resolve bugs/issues in Tableau reports.
Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud platforms.
Support data validation and ensure consistency, accuracy, and security of reports.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in Tableau Desktop development.
Strong experience with Tableau Server/Online for publishing, user access, and maintenance.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets to derive insights.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is an advantage.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,253.50 - ₹1,503,263.41 per year
