Job Description:
We are looking for a Tableau Developer with hands-on experience in building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. The candidate should be able to work closely with business teams, translate requirements into visual analytics, and ensure effective data storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
* Connect to various data sources and build efficient data models
* Optimize dashboards for performance and user experience
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
* Ensure data accuracy, validation, and quality checks
* Support ad-hoc analysis and insights generation
* Create calculated fields, parameters, and advanced visualizations
* Publish and manage workbooks on Tableau Server/Cloud
Required Skills:
* 23 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop
* Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
* Understanding of ETL concepts and data modeling
* Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills
Good to Have:
* Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud administration
* Knowledge of Python/R for analytics
* Exposure to BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, or Looker
Education:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
