Job Title: Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist- Vijayawada
Experience: 5+ Years (3positions) & 3+ Years (2 Positions) Work Location: Vijayawada

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Email Campaigns: Engage in cold calling and develop targeted email
campaigns to reach potential decision-makers in international markets. 2. Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media for IT products and services across international markets. 3. Market Research: Conduct extensive research on potential clients, industries, and international markets to identify opportunities for growth. 4. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, activities, and progress through the sales pipeline. 5. Product/Service Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the company's IT products and services, articulating value propositions that align with client needs. 6. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating key international markets and aligning lead generation efforts with broader sales goals. 7. Client Relationship Building: Establish initial relationships with prospects by identifying their pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions. 8. Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop strategies to increase conversion rates from leads to opportunities, helping the sales team close deals more efficiently. 9. International Market Focus: Leverage knowledge of cultural nuances, time zones, and regulatory differences to tailor lead generation strategies to specific regions (e.g., North America, Europe, APAC).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in IT sales or lead generation, particularly in international markets with minimum
graduation experience in engineering or bachelors in business administration or any. • Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English. • Proficient in CRM tools and lead management software. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Flexible to work in shifts from offshore as per international time zones • Willing to work from office.
