Drive outreach campaigns through cold calling, emails, and social media to connect with global decision-makers.

Generate and qualify leads for IT products & services across North America, Europe, and APAC markets.

Conduct market research to uncover new industries, clients, and opportunities.

Manage and update the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and activities.

Present clear value propositions by showcasing strong knowledge of our IT solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to design winning go-to-market strategies.

Build strong first-level client relationships by understanding their challenges and needs.

Optimize the sales funnel to increase lead-to-deal conversions.

Adapt strategies to international markets by considering time zones, cultural nuances, and compliance.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT sales / lead generation (international markets preferred).

Minimum Graduation – Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent.

Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Hands-on experience with CRM & lead management tools.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Flexible to work in international time zones (shifts).

Work from office only.
