The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional who loves to be able to tell a story using a range of data analytics tool, linking insights to the business strategy. Your Key Responsibilities
Ability to work with complex information spread across multiple stakeholdersDesign and implement Business Intelligence dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable frameworkInterpret data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in dataServe as the domain expert for recruitment data and analyticsPerform data quality reviews utilizing quality assurance methods to identify problems and errorsWork on scheduled and adhoc HR onboarding metrics dashboard and report requirementsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretionImprove operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templatesBe able to manage compliance and audit related activitiesProject management/coordination
Skills and attributes for success
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.Strong verbal & written communication, listening and interpretation skills.Ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
