Job Description

The core objective of this role is to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, to fulfill the organization's talent acquisition requirements.
Accountabilities:-
  • Job Posting on different platforms
  • Sourcing profiles from various job sites, social media, and referrals
  • Screening and scheduling interviews
  • Conducting first level of telephonic screenings
  • Candidate cycle document management
  • Ensure candidate communication and provide timely updates
  • Handling all requests for data management
  • Managing work queues & daily transactional volumes
  • Daily Reporting on volumes and SLA’s
  • Create and send job offers as part of offer management
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting of hiring progress
  • Pipeline Management by keep a list of potential candidates for future roles
  • Responds promptly and thoroughly to requests, findings, and communications
  • Effectively manages multiple tasks ensuring timely completion with accuracy
  • Ensures 100% adherence in maintaining compliance with SLAs and organizational standards
Skills & Knowledge: -
  • Strong Knowledge of ATS/ HRIS tool (e.g., SAP-Success Factor)
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient expertise in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams Adobe
  • Working Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or HR Services processes
  • Skills in building rapport and managing client expectations
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, channels, or vertical markets relevant to the role
SHIFT: - Middle EAST
Shift Window: - General Shift (9:00am - 8:00pm)Working days: - WFO- All 5days (expected at least for initial 4 months)Work Schedule: - Sunday - Thursday
  • Its a general shift thus NO "Office Transport" will be provided

Qualifications

  • Overall, 1-2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in middle eastern countries
  • Graduate in any discipline or equivalent degree
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Must have skills
  • Sourcing and Screening hands-on experience
  • Understanding of Recruitment cycle
Good to have skills
  • Experience in working for MEA client
  • Experience in working SuccessFactor
  • Knowledge of Arabic is plus
